Beautiful

This was beautiful. Simply beautiful.
I love it :D

You've stood true to your style, and I'm sure if you keep going with what you've been doing so far, everyone will recognize your work by simply seeing one of your images. The art was perfect, and I think I'll attempt to mimic your drawing style (for personal use), I really like it.

The story was very short and simple. But this is something which made the whole thing more apparent and more beautiful. A short one-shot story. Full marks on that one, I'm seriously impressed.

These two points were teamed up with a few wonderful notes of a piano playing as background music. The atmosphere was easily filled with the feelings of a small christmas romance.

I've been watching your series for a while now, I can tell that there's a vast improvement with every flash you've made.
You have exceeded any of my expectations and I wish you all the best for the new year.
I hope to see ALOT (20-Minute films, perhaps? =PP) more from you!

- Oh and I want to point out that your tongue can indeed get stuck to a pole if you attempt to lick it. The poles temperature simply has to be a bit below 0°c, and if there's ice on the pole; it'll simply melt and then freeze within mere seconds, speeding up the whole process.

It is scientifically possible, AND it even happens a fucking lot. Seen it twice, it's lulz.

Art and Animation were really well done. I don't know how long this must've taken you, but then again the result speaks for itself. I was especialy fascinated by the scene where you show the Hyrule Metropolis with the castle in the background. Everything seems so similar, and yet very new. I also liked how you made the character move in a more dynamic manner - They weren't idle for the most part, there has mostly (if not always) been some movement involved. I love how you drew their eyes - it makes them look alive in a way. Then I liked how the shield was drawn. It looks - I don't know. Special, I suppose. Just very special and different from those other shields, and yet it's very similar. Pure awesomeness.

Sounds and Music were also used when the situation called for it. I can't say much about this, but it had a authentic feel to it. I'm also fascinated by the voice cast (Especially Links voice, Diggs voice, and the voice of the 'Mysterious Girl'). You could feel that the actors tried their best in conveying the characters emotions to the audience. The only issue might be sound-quality on some parts, but that can't be helped - and I don't really care about the quality as long as it's reasonable.

The Specials were a good addition, from my point of view. I loved the outtakes.
And the "Scoot is trying to motivate the voice cast"-part has also been a pleasure to hear. I assume that you explained why which character says what, to assure that the right emotion is conveyed to the audience, or am I mistaken?

In any case, the best part of it all (at least from my point of view) is the story line. It fits so well with some parts (if not all) of the games. It almost seems like as if Shigeru Miyamoto simply threw some random stuff at their gamers, and now you see a possibility to connect them in a way never imagined by anyone before. You have become part of what keeps the Zelda-fan-community alive. Major kudos to you.

So all in all, we have...
Perfect art, perfect sound, perfect voice-acting, perfect setting, perfect story, and of course, a perfect connection to everything that we know about Zelda so far.

I just wish that there was a newsletter or something so I'm informed when the next part is ready. I can't wait.

Major kudos to you, you've got yourself another fan.

Awesome.

Your drawing tends to be alot better in action scenes. David looks a bit weird when he's just standing still =P Anyway, can't wait until the next episode.

Good thing that he's still got that bottle with a fairy in it :D

What to say...

I don't really know what to say :O It was awesome!
It looks really nice, the camera was perfect, sounds and music fit perfectly.
If this is gonna be a series, I hope it'll be a VERY VERY LONG one.

I'm really looking forward to it.

Oh yea, about your voice acting.. it was like "Oh yea, well, whatever.. just do it already -_-" ^^ Try improving your voice acting a little bit, and it'll be absolutely perfect.

DutchinLive responds:

Yeah, the voice acting is getting a lot of criticism, it was kinda rushed, but the character is meant to sound genuinely apathetic. Thanks for the review man!

Randomness ftw
